Goods are delivered by Registered Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will contact the post office to resolve your problem.

The average delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Priority mail only.

Within 30 days after getting your order, you may return any carton that was shipped by SmokeAndShop.com for the following reasons:
Carton is in new condition with original packaging and accessories
Incorrect carton was shipped
You received damaged carton
All returns must be authorized by SmokeAndShop.com. In this case please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will get further clarifications upon approval. After we receive your return, we will reship your carton or refund your money.
Please take note that we do not accept opened cartons or cartons returned more than 30 days after arrival.
SmokeAndShop.com cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
Cancellation of order
Incase you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 24 hours, please email us at email@example.com asking to cancel your order.
Disputing a charge (charge back issue) without contacting the merchant first is treated as a credit card fraud. Both the credit card's and the holder's details (name, address, IP address, e-mail address) will be blacklisted and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division).
